Carmelo Empowered Vendors Association
Carmelo Empowered Vendors Association is located in the most popular fishing village in the municipality of Tuburan, Barangay Carmelo. To date, the barangay is home to dozens of households of fisherfolks, small and medium in terms of business/livelihood size. With this, Carmelo Empowered Vendors Association, became a Fishing Supply provider in the barangay. Moreover, because the barangay can be far from the town’s commercial center, as time went by, CEVA also expanded into selling agrivet, and general merchandise. Now, the business becomes the primary supplier of fishing supplies in the community, while continually providing for the other necessities of the fisherfolks in the neighborhood.
